Shipping Policy (Glowbright)

Overview

At Glowbright, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping times, and delivery expectations.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all states)

Incorrect Address

Glowbright is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Glowbright is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears to be missing, please:

  1. Check tracking information for updates
  2. Contact the shipping carrier
  3. Reach out to us at our support email if further assistance is needed

We will do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Shipping Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
